In only somewhat related news: while a group of crows is well-known as a murder, a group of ravens is called... an unkindness. An unkindness of ravens.

It's always nice when a self-proclaimed feminist site runs an article composed entirely of lazy, sexist stereotypes that reduce groups of women to a menagerie of lazy tropes.

Just file it under "Stereotyping Is Fun" and keep moving.

This is some white people shit, if ever I heard of such.

I don't understand this article and I'm glad I don't.

Heresy! Christ IS God! And he's God's son. And the Holy Ghost.

and fictional

"Jesus is totally turned on right now. Wishing he wasn't wearing robes."

I'm by no means above a bit of cognative dissonance, but I really marvel at peoples capacity to hold such diametrically opposing views. "Love and forgiveness for all (except for the people you don't like)" is sort of problematic as the central message of a faith.

And the Teabaggers would promptly kill him.

I'm pretty sure he'd please you by not being God.

Just you wait. Jesus is going to come back and he'll prove his divinity by finding a way to not only please everyone, but agree with them as well. Take that!

I was being facetious because I'm an atheist and that's what we do. Also, it's funny that everyone finds that Jesus (and God) agrees with them. It's grand.

Why is that a good thing? Surely it would be better if the bigots could not justify their actions on the grounds that religious-figure X is okay with it, for any value of X.

Oh, that is so awful looking.

Seriously 'stories' ? It means she feels the need to tell people her head contains stories! I mean its not exactly clever or cryptic, its a cargo manifest on her temple. It doesn't say 'facts' or 'knowledge' or 'common sense' because that would be a false manifest :)
