There have been two. Berserk: Guts' Rage on Dreamcast which had a western release, and Berserk: Millenium Falcon Arc on PS2 which only saw a JP release but was fantastic.

A lot of games (and movies) have dialog and sound effects at completely different volumes. If I turn up the volume enough to hear the dialog, the sounds are too loud.

It disgusted me too. But I gave it another chance and I've been addicted for the past month.
