5th Grade spelling bee. I got knocked out on accepting. I asked for it in a sentence, and the moderator used “acceptED” in the sentence. I then proceeded to spell accepted correctly and got knocked it in the final 8 or so. I argued it (it was all on the radio), but to no avail.
