It definitely won’t make you violent (as everyone has already said), but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re at least relatively comfortable with it. I wasn’t and it freaked me the fuck out. In retrospect I’m glad I tried it and i’d do it again, but it was not a chill experience at all.
