I HAVE THAT ONE TOO. It’s so weird. And for me it only sprouts up once in a blue moon, when I've almost forgotten about it.

Like awake/aware!
Ugh, that’s so annoying. You were clearly a very cool middle schooler, though. Everything was embarrassing to me then.
Looool you're smarter than I am, because having actual sex (with a man with a penis) did not teach me that. I had learned that the vagina gets more... roomy when aroused, so I thought I couldn't just slide a tampon all the way up there. Ugh. I'm dumb.
Seriously?! I did study abroad in a country where tampon use is not the norm and the applicator kind isn't available and I was pretty grossed out and, more importantly, physically uncomfortable upon first using them. I eventually got used to them, but I'm really not a fan. What about the applicators do you dislike?
It’s pronounced “pooth,” but “p-uh-th” is funnier and I think I'm going to start calling him that.
Yeah, that’s a major part of why I feel like this is a bullshit cash grab.
I was at that “final show” and it was awesome, but I do think all of this is bullshit and it makes me respect James Murphy less. Feels like an embarrassing cash grab and i’m not sure why most people aren’t regarding it as such. That said, i’ll probably give them more of my money at some point, if i’m being honest.
Aren’t they in high school? (I’ve seen the show, but now I’m confused.)
This game is obviously not okay, but if it was, in fact, a game that was being played by many kids in this school, then that should absolutely be taken into consideration in her punishment. I don’t see anyone else saying this, and I'm not sure why. I don't mean she shouldn't be punished for it, but if this is the…
I mean, yes, if you actually have the power to make something happen.
NOW THAT SONG’S GOING TO BE STUCK IN MY HEAD ALL DAY.
I understand. I was speaking solely of appearance, not of tribal affiliation/enrollment.
It definitely won’t make you violent (as everyone has already said), but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re at least relatively comfortable with it. I wasn’t and it freaked me the fuck out. In retrospect I’m glad I tried it and i’d do it again, but it was not a chill experience at all.
I actually think this is a great idea, though I'm not sure if the environmental benefits are outweighed by the constant shipping...
Wait... what? Who are all these 20-something Jezzies posting about their plastic surgery? I don’t think there’s anything wrong with plastic surgery so long as it doesn’t render one unrecognizable (like Renee, sadly), and even still, her body her choice, but I just have no idea what you're talking about.
Yes, racism could certainly still apply, I just don’t think it’s very likely to be racism of the “scary brown guy!!!” variety, so I wasn’t sure it made sense to jump there and not, for instance, to the fact that he was incarcerated (which is also discriminatory, of course, but obviously not the same kind of…
I’m saying that he very likely isn’t read as brown/a POC at all, which would make him significantly less likely to face that specific kind of discrimination. Not saying that he and his daughter are not Native American.
Potentially racist? Really? Isn't the girl like 1/16th Native?
I also liked seeing his perspective, and I don’t think it’s a ridiculous one or anything like that. I do disagree with you that it would be impossible for him to start a new, more stable career. Educated people can work in any number of basic office jobs— I’m not saying it would be super easy to get a job and why…
