i thought this was a great book. last few books i read by him were the final dark tower ones (which were meh) and under the dome (not bad at all). but 11/22/63 was a really good read.

the jesus lizard has one of the best live shows i've seen. the drummer looks like he's going to murder someone. and of course there's the obligatory dropping of pants and diddling himself from yow. who also decided to shove a girl's face into his crotch, but that was before the pants drop. that part wasn't as cool. i

no wonder she was so full of rage during that dinosaur jr. appearance in NYC. damn.

i listened to 1-2 tracks. obviously not the biggest sample size to judge a band, but i will judge anyways. this band is pretty awful.

i was thinking that cosima is more of an ani defranco. i'm expecting her to break out into some folk music, or whatever it is she plays.

loved terriers, and pretty much whatever character i've seen him play. really wish that show wasn't cancelled.

in addition to the good cause. which obviously is more important than the shirt manufacturer.

is that an american apparel tag. their shirts are so comfortable. i may buy this.

that WSJ article is lame. that is all.

i knew everything he was talking about. i bet he gets into the best debates at the local comic shop.

finally watched it on my dv-r so i'm 14 pages late. 2 things—

i caught them in NYC. it was great seeing them live. i know some people will say that they aren't as good live as when they were an active band, but fuck it. that show was great.

i feel like as i've gotten older, i've grown to dislike this band more and more. i don't know if its the fans that are just grating or the pretentiousness that surrounds bono. but i did listen to them a lot in high school. achtung baby is still a fantastic record that i can listen to from beginning to end. and i still

yeah. the 'american death' kind.

i actually went into my DVR to fix it so it records over the last 5 minutes. i'm glad i wasn't the only one that had this problem.

totally agree about the lyrics. past alk3 albums have been clever tongue-in-cheek word play or stories, but this one just seems lazy. i'd also say that musically it just isn't as good, especially as a follow up to 'this addiction' which i thought was great.after thinking/listening about this record, its bordering

i just watched this episode and it was fantastic.

hopefully they'll also get better plastic surgeons. i don't watch this show, but managed to stumble upon an episode where the upper lips of all females either didn't move or looked swollen. yeesh.

late to watching this episode. i also got the feeling the safehouse was sanctioned shag pad. as for phillip and elizabeth, i hope they just pick one or the other (work/don't work on the marriage) and just stick to it. i think the flip-flopping of emotions from week to week seems a bit much. i understand this a pretty

which movie pissed off more nations, argo or innocence of muslims? there should be some award for this.
