Silo s1 was so fucking obvious to begin with, I doubt anyone will feel spoiled from watching or already being familiar with Fallout games/lore.

My immediate thought was also super mutant. First, the show already has enough ghouls for now. Second, the chicken fucker instructed him to go to Shady Pines. I think he wants to unleash a supermutant on the city for revenge or something.  

Dude could easily pass for 50.

Yup. This way they can make uptheir own plot and characters without being tied down to preexisting plot and characters, that fans would otherwise try to gate keep, or get upset over their preconceived notions.

The whole point of adapting Fallout to TV, is that the creators don’t have to replicate canon and specific characters and plots from the games. the world of Fallout is the perfect setting to forge a new story with new characters, just like each individual games does.

If ghouls don’t get steady rad-x, they go feral... what's not to get about that?

The very first episode's (this season on Fallout” preview spoils that Berry actually appears himself later on.
