She was in a sexual relationship with him. Thus, an ''ex''.
And don't even get started about how a dom-sub session isn't ''really'' sexual.

Yes it does… she said SO got jealous when she told him she had lunch with a former client, thus past tense, she told him after the lunch had occured.

Oh, of course you can't believe it. This is lala land where down is up and up is down. See, unlike them, all of us squares have just so boring lives, especially sex lives, what with our ''monogamy'' and ''jealousy'' and ''commitment'' and whatnot.

Keeping around sex pictures with an ex doesn't seem like a big deal to you?

But that's not what's going on, is it? It is HER that wants to go vanilla!

DO NOT talk to this woman until you find another girlfriend. DO NOT. Here's a fun game. You and this girl both start at 0 points. Anytime you think about her subtract 1 point. That's it. You cannot win, you can't even tie. Any microsecond you spend thinking about her is wasted time. Time you could be spending with

Of course they do. If you want to raise kids the key thing is to learn to repress your desire for instant gratification. Your needs are no longer the most important thing. That part of your life is over. ''Free spirits'' either never get around to raising any children, cause it's too much work, or they royally f—-

Anyone who is completely OK with their significant other writing about sex acts with their exes raise their hand?

My vote goes to TDS. It's simply NIN at its finest.

Madona and Kylie Minogue are understandable, though.

Favorite songs from some more obscure bands (not yet mentioned on this forum):
Mainesthai (pre-Mentallo) - Y (Mama's kitchen mix)
Alien Sylvas Womb - Helpless
Lead Into Gold - Blackened Heart
Calva Y Nada - Fernes Leid
Forma Tadre - Looking Glass Men
Peace Love and Pitbulls - Dog Church
Cybertek Project - Let Your Body Die

Not only that, but check out their latest album 'Weapon'. It's amazing!

What I love about Ministry was that up until Filthpig each new album was a completely different genre of its own. It showed immense wealth of talent and rapid musical evolution that some bands don't achieve in over 20 albums. Then after Filthpig for some reason Jourgensen proceeds to do the same thing over and over

Check out 'Hard Wired', it's the very next album! If you like Millenium, you won't regret it.

''Er, except that isn't exactly true, is it? While all those things were certainly *common* there were enough major outliers to muddy the waters.''

NIN tends to drown out the entire industrial conversation, so it's nice to have one without them. I'm kinda sad industrial never became a big pop sensation in the 90s. It had every chance to do so. Instead it became permanently associated with NIN, Marilyn Manson and Rammstein that never developed much variety in

Wow, some of these I haven't even heard of (Assemblage 23, Seabound, Absurd Minds). I'll definitely check them out. Thanks!

All have a few easily recognizable core common elements:
Use of samples,
Voice distortion,
A relatively standard song structure (verse, chorus) as opposed to, say, techno,
Strong beats,
A certain harshness of sound, identifiable even in EBM,
Themes of darkness, fantasy, machinery, apocalypse, sci-fi, goth and the like,
Most

Both Front 242 and Nitzer Ebb do kind of repeat themselves though. The top hits are great, while the remaining songs I don't even remember what they sound like despite listening to them many times. In particular Nitzer Ebb tries way too hard to be pop. If you want gentler, the best place to start is EBM.
