As a guy, I’m perplexed as to what to do as some women would feel uncomfortable if you simply ask them on a date. Instead of simply calling out these guys, can people actually come up with clear direction on how guys should act.

He was NOT raising good points. As a gay man I find it difficult to tell if other men are interested in me or even if they are gay. When I am introduced to men in a work setting, should I just grad their body parts and see how they react? No? Why not?
A women out in a social setting probably has different expectations for her interactions with men so flirting may not be unwelcome.
As a guy, I just want to say that this is tough. I want to be clear that the guys who did this stuff was wrong,

I totally agree. Asking for content that appeals to different audiences is such a giant slap in the face to all us straight white males. That one sentence in a twenty sentence article rendered the entire piece worthless to me, and Gizmodo should clearly be ashamed of itself.
