Every comment I see from you makes my internet crush a little stronger.

I think that’s the mystery IRL, too.

In my ER, the department is fairly well covered by recording cameras, but patient rooms (exceptions being behavioral health rooms) are not covered.

Saying sexual orientation isn’t a choice is a completely different argument than saying orientations are rigid or unchanging. I’d argue that sexual orientation isn’t ever a choice*, but also that one’s orientation can change throughout a person’s lifetime, either gradually or suddenly. Much in the same way that

Or losing access to items they fail to put away. Does he also get grounded? OH, THE HUMANITY.

Working in an ER I’ve seen people walking and talking with BACs of .500 and going into DTs when they approach the legal limit. 0.300 or .400 is a level most of us never reach in a lifetime, so for her the feeling she gets in the evenings (when she’s weirdly tipsy) would never be associated with consuming alcohol.

Best of luck, little dude!

Always happy to oblige! I’m proud mom to Carys, a 7 yr old border collie/cocker spaniel mix, and Aster, a 5.5 yr old mini Aussie/dachshund mix.

Not scary so much as unsettling, given the context you find them.

Ah yeah. That’s a resilient dog! Aster came from a hoarder in CA when she was about 12 weeks old, spent over 2 years in a rescue down there, then was transferred to OR when the CA rescue closed down. It was nearly another year before I adopted her; in that time I was the only person they allowed to foster her because

You’ve got some pretty awesome pups. I am not a photographer (those are all just cell phone pics, believe it or not), but I am a dog sitter, so I have a ton of practice getting decent pics of crazy dogs. If you’re ever in Portland, OR and need a sitter, I’m here! www.rover.com/sit/CityDogs :D

Interesting! Carys (black/white) is probably border collie x cocker spaniel, and Aster (tri) is probably mini Aussie x dachshund? She’s a herder, but stumpy. They’re both rescues so it’s all a guessing game.

Oh geez that first dog looks a lot like one of mine...

I doubt she crafted anything. The car spun around a bunch, and Ben said he didn’t hit the brakes (he probably did and, like most people in a traumatic event, doesn’t have a good grasp on the how-what-and-when of the whole thing) but they stopped anyway. So she believes when he says “I didn’t hit the brakes” rather

So women, fang-toothed predators that they are, are too sissy to sit through a movie, but you, butt-hurt tough guy manly man can.

I’ve made my peace.

I would absolutely love to be mauled by these guys. Tear me limb from limb, you wild cuties, you.

I respectfully disagree. If the customer were to express concern about contamination, it would be the job of the staff to inform them what they reasonably can and can’t do. However, it’s not clear that the customer communicated that she had an allergy, or a sensitivity (ha), or an auto immune disorder. She simply

Probably because accommodating the popular trend is financially beneficial for them, but accommodating a rare, serious disorder is not.
