DA:I is the perfect example. So many pointless grinds that exist for the sake of grinding. Totally overloaded game.

Plenty of places. I work down in Santa Monica close to places like Naughty Dog. Heard from a friend that plenty of people try to ride the elevators up to their offices and try and see what they’re working on. They said workers generally tend to eyeball the stranger and then ask who they are when they’re staring at…
I have a friend that bought a, literally, multi-thousand dollar oculus/PC setup around this game. He LOVES it.
aye, which is very limiting. I consider class/avatar/gear building the most important part of a game nowadays. It’s the first content you experience in a game, and if its boring, it doesnt help the rest of the game imho.
Kinda reminds me of Spore. The devs are staying weirdly quiet over gameplay. Normally that indicates that the thing only looks pretty and sounds cool on paper. I don’t know what I’m supposed to be hyped about.
Man I was running. punching guys, gunning them, and that sniper was quite handy on the sniper level. Once you got use to the guns, they were perfectly usable. Whoever says otherwise is probably NOT very good at FPS games in general.
I honestly liked having the CHOICE to not use them. the feeling of picking one up and then tossing it aside was magnificent. now it’s by design and the choice has been taken out of it. while I agree the gunless experience was incredible, it was enhanced because I COULD have used guns but chose not to..
NOOOO!!! I loved how picking up a gun just broke down everything. It was a wonderful commentary! I don’t want it gone as an option altogether, I want it to simply not be something you ever have the desire to do.
Human Revolution’s reveal trailer was a religious experience.
It’s like Square wants us to hate them, and as a kid that grew up on Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy I never thought I’d say this, but I’m starting to.
Jesus......
Look, I adored Human Revolution and Mankind Divided is a day-1 purchase.....but....
Could they possibly have cut a more lackluster trailer? I think not, decidedly not. Isn’t the whole point of E3 to get people excited about your big, new releases? If so, SE failed, and failed hard.
Although, they do get the…
Elite Dangerous, holy shit I want to play that game so bad. Just need a xbox one now.
Not sure why you feel the gameplay “fell apart” after the first couple of levels. As the game progressed, navigation became steadily more demanding, and the design required players to not only develop faster reflexes to answer the mounting challenge of simply getting Faith through an area—it also required a degree of…
I despised Revenge of the Titans, and octodad, peoples opinions differ. I would have got refunds if i hadn’t forced myself to play them through.
I love the Corporate Goth look.
Congrats! I’m almost completely certain that you’re being sarcastic and yet this comment still caused a blood vessel in my forehead to explode.

Stuff like this is why I can’t bring myself to invest in DC Comics stories... I remember the original Crisis was intended to streamline and simplify the comics world of DC... but within months it was clear that it simply created more plot holes and shenanigans. Every time something like this comes along it’s intended…
The argument then becomes, why need to go to kickstarter when they have publishing and industry connections already? Crowdfunding was for when you didn’t have access to traditional investments. It accomplishes something amazing for companies: it allows them to offload all the worst risk at startup to a population they…
AWWW YISSS no other anti-grav racing-style game came close to the awesomeness of Wipeout. Getting Designer’s Republic on board is what seals this deal.
