I’m not crying. You’re all the ones who are crying it is not me.

Is it terrible that after the 0, 0, 0, 0 I saw “21 years of experience in government” and thought “oh, phew, that’s something” and only then realized it was Sessions?

I just thought it was perfect. The gloves, the sleeves, the tulip cut jacket. The only thing I didn’t like was the matching pumps. Nude would have been nicer, I think.

Yeah, not quite her color. I want to like the whole outfit but too many little things about it just don’t work.

I liked it too but I think it would have been better in a different color because I thought it was to springy.

yes, and i don’t think cornflower blue suits her, but I did like the coat very much.

I’m okay with the color itself, just think it would have worked better as maybe a simple sheath with a black or navy coat over it. And shoes that match the darker coat instead of the dress.

I think it is a nice outfit, but it looks rather like a First Lady costume, as worn. It doesn’t quite fit, and the monotone styling doesn’t do it any favors. I am definitely predisposed to not liking the woman, but I don’t think that’s the only problem here.

I really like the color, and it’s not that bad, but there is something slightly weird about it. I think the matching gloves are overkill.

I got the Jackie Kennedy reference from the first second I saw a pic of her outfit on Twitter. (I’m not saying she disagrees with her husband, I’m just saying she only seems to plagiarize from Democratic women for some reason hmmm...) She looks great, because that’s the entire point of her existence, she’s a human

CLEAN YOUR HAIR IVANKA!!!

Hillary Clinton represents us all today. What woman hasn’t had the experience of celebrating  the man who got the promotion/job she was infinitely more qualified for?

She is.

I keep thinking about that book. Donald Trump and Kellyanne Conway are like the embodiment of 2+2=5. It makes me feel like an overzealous, alarmist, slightly intellectually arrogant 9th grader to say this, but dude, it’s like, 1984 is here.

I know!! I knew the districts were gerrymandered, but I didn’t realize it was the result of an brilliant, airtight, intentional, and perfectly executed GOP strategy conceived in the mid ‘00s. President Obama (I’ll miss saying that) has made reversing this dynamic a core focus of his post-presidency career. I just read

He wants anyone who will accept his weiner. Run girl.

I’m from Mississippi and that state is gerrymandered to hell. I was telling my boss about this yesterday because 2020 is our next hope. The numbers are simply not in our favor for 2018, and THATS why democrats don’t do well in midterms. I voted in every damn thing from city to president when I lived in Mississippi,

I’m glad my correction landed. This thread has been so heavily pruned that, coming back to it a day later it’s hard to read now. I did misspeak, originally and hashed stuff out nicely, after a lot of back-and-forth. A lot of these discussions just aren’t showing up in normal view. Kinja is goddamn annoying.

Ain’t nothing that endears you to an unwitting straight man like involving him in some nonsense, especially if you do it in front of a bunch of other people.
