i dont think this will effect norton at all. basically all we will see in the heuristics for virus detection (most of that is in the library's you download as updates though). you might think that would be great for virus writers, but the truth of the matter is they already have that data from run time execution…

i work for nasa as a contractor. nasa gives out *TONS* of grants every year for all types of projects. all you have to do is apply for the grant w/ an awesome proposal. the place i work for is usually awarded 3 grants a year. also, code.nasa.gov as lots of cool OS projects to check out.
