Great idea and a idea that I wholeheartedly support.

I don't think people here want the discussion to go away, it's just that sensationalism has no place in a discussion such as this (or any discussion for that matter). It is not constructive and only ends up hurting the argument.
OMG! You pantaphobe! Shame on you! ;-P
Seriously Kotaku (and Patricia)?
I wouldn't say I get angry, but I am kind of disappointed with my Vita.
This smacks of bad project management. If you hand over a project in 2010, check back in late 2012 and are then unhappy with the direction, you have failed majorly as a studio and/or project manager.
The difference is shocking. Almost looks like they switched engines since the demo.
So true. I remember turning on my PS2 for the first time after I got it on launch day. "Wow! This truly is a next gen console".
Must..resist..posting vid..
Whoosh!
I'm not sad that they won't be returning to Connor. The character lacked depth and Noah Watts' emotionless voice-acting only exacerbated this. Haytham Kenway, on the other hand, was a far more interesting character.
Potentially less beard though.
On one hand I don't care much about the fact that it can't play used games. I'm used to it since it has also been the norm in PC gaming for quite some years and I buy all my games new anyway.
It's not Lara Croft, Brian. It's Lara Crofto. She says so herself in this trailer. ;-)
That's mostly because she adopts the wrong body language.
Funny how only white people were calling it racist and offensive. You would think that if it was truly offensive to African Americans, they would have responded as well.
Welcome to post-Crecente Kotaku, where misleading titles for clicks are everything.
BrĂ¼tal Legend was a pretty cool game. It did have one of the most misleading demos of all time though.
I don't get the whole "Is it a game or not" discussion. Or rather, the importance of the discussion. As long as it entertains and provides some level of interactivity not found in movies or other forms of media, who cares what it is called?
In that case, if I were in your shoes, I would keep the collector's edition. The book is very unique and the way it is written makes it, in a way, general enough to be a cool conversation starter on your coffee table.
