The average time on pump for a gas station is between 3 and 5 minutes. If Tesla can get their technology to the point where those 3 to 5 minutes give 150-200 miles of range, I'm sold.

That's the crux of my argument. I would need to use my car like that, as I do use my car like that. I don't stop every night on my way home from work to top off my tank. That doesn't make sense. I fill-up as needed.

Reverse: There isn't a price at which an electric car would be attractive to me. That's not to say I am anti-electric. I think what Tesla is doing is fantastic, and I would absolutely love to own one. The issue for me is not reliability or range, it's refueling.
