This is exactly right....QB’s already take up an exorbitant amount of the cap but at least that diminishes over time. This plan would only make it so QBs would ALWAYS get the most money at the expense of everyone else.

The real question for me is why does the US spend the most of any country per capita ($10,000+) on health care but don’t have a system that seemingly works as well as Norway who spends $6,000+ per capita ....why? Solve that problem first and I think the who pays for it becomes much easier.
