Except that makes zero sense as Classic is literally the game from 2004-2007. Way before a Final Fantasy MMO was thought of... I think you meant the new expansion, not classic.

She’s following the same trajectory as Garrosh, just with a longer arc.
This was the most frustrating article I’ve ever read on Kotaku. This WoW producer is rediscovering his own game to realize that friction, “stop and smell the roses” moments, and coolness factor over pure balance utility are important things in an MMO?
Yep. Same deal, fam. I find it’s summarized pretty exactly by this quote from the article:
Im a black male. I’ve never felt weird playing non-black characters, nor do I gravitate to heroes like Lucio and Doomfist. I dont relate to them just cuz their skin color is similar, and I think the notion is ridiculous.
I always found the obsession with having an African-American woman as oddly specific. We have two Egyptian women, an African man, a Haitian man, and a robot made by an African girl. It’s not like we’re lacking in Black representation with about 1 in 6 characters being black, and 14 women means women aren’t left out…
Uh, it seems more like they wrote and created a really cool black soldier lady and put her in a very important story position so they wanted to wait to fully introduce her until they do their story focused sequel?
60$ is a number you made up, and the PvE elements are clearly going to of a higher quality and a much bigger deal than we are used to seeing for holiday events.
Seriously. They look like Outlands 2.0, just normal mortal lands with typically “zany” creatures and barely different architecture.
Where are the huge twisted artifices where they stretch out so far in every direction that even just by looking at them it’s unclear where is up or down?
Announcing that they’re revoking Blitzchung’s suspension would be a good start towards showing actual remorse.
As Kotaku noted, Blizzard gave a dodgy apology to open Blizzcon. They also, notably, did not revoke Blitzchung’s 6 month suspension.
........well, that’s disappointing as fuck.
If this drowns out the clusterfuck year Activision-Blizzard has had I will be more disgusted than I already am. Seriously, fuck Activision’s executives
I completely agree! I noticed this game a couple of weeks ago on the Xbox Store and I was about to brush it aside but I ended up watching gameplay videos and smiling as a result. i find far too many platformers these days are pixelated side scrollers but these were the simple 3d adventures that most of us grew up…
Oh man. I loved me some bad-to-average licenced games from back in the day. If you’re looking for an OK retro licenced game for the Halloween season, pick up Disney’s The Haunted Mansion. I picked it up for $2 and it had a coupon for a free ticket to the Eddie Murphy movie (which the game doesn't follow AT ALL).
Maybe. But it still made me feel like a badass being able to walk up to a lock at low levels and blow through it lol.
Kind of a shame the lockpick and hack mini games aren’t there. Especially lockpicking, in Skyrim I could pick locks way above my skill level because I was good at the mini game.
So did they also changed the gravure chapter dialog?
Slightly off topic: Does the NA release finally include an English dub? Nothing against Japanese language options (give both!), but I kept falling asleep during the Wii U release, and I think having characters talk in my language might help that this go around.
Various costume changes, a dungeon redesign, and a lot of story alterations to tone down some of the idol stuff. But what makes me confused is that the bulk of the changes are just due to the English translation, so I would think the Japanese version would still use the original script?
