A coworker who used to be a radio DJ told me that Hotel California is the bathroom break song.

You mean a word that modern actors shooting a movie about Vietnam would have used? Tropic Thunder came out in 2008, not 1978. I actually didn't have a problem with the way the word was used in the movie, but Tropic Thunder was not a period piece.

As opposed to the other guy who turned off the engines mid-flight with the client in the plane? Remember the deal required both of them - maybe McCann has a death wish.

Season 1 gave us "walking children in nature." We will never have that kind of moment again in a Drag Race reunion and for that alone, Season 1 is in my top 3 seasons.

    I'd swap 2 and 1 but otherwise I agree.

I want them to say that to Darienne but I'm afraid that then the judges will turn to Bianca and read her for wearing one (stunning, gorgeous, tasteful) gown after another.

Actually there had been complaints since season 1, but they didn't get a lot of press. The same way there has criticism of RuPaul's comments about "tranny" and defense of Shirley Q Liquor for a long time, but that criticism didn't get much press. Just because you didn't know about it, doesn't mean it didn't happen.

I'm disappointed too. I get that drag is supposed to be transgressive and not PC, but I also recognize that in terms of having power and a voice even within the LGBT movement, transpeople are at the bottom. I feel the same way about this as I do about racist and sexist humor - if you aren't creative enough to find

Past contestants have said that they get a list of runway looks.

I'm still not convinced Adore had the better lip sync but that was Trinity's 3rd, I think.

    Or at least Billy B.

I was surprised at how joyless Chaz and Georgia were. I know it must have been annoying to have that many interview questions about/related to Cher, but that also shouldn't be a surprise. I was actually wondering if something extremely offensive was said that wasn't shown because their energy at judging and during the

Is really that hard to be funny without using the word "shemale"? With all the humor on this show?

Carmen Carrera and Monica Beverly Hillz are both on record saying they didn't like the terms used.

Until the moment Ru said Joslyn was safe, I was convinced she was going home.

"let's start our own agency… is how we ended up at SC&P"

That was priceless. Pete's evolution of douchery is the real star of Mad Men.

I looked away for a second when creative walked into his office and I thought it was Duck.

That was a much needed bit of humor in a depressing episode.

The most recent song lip sync that I really enjoyed was Jiggy's "Toxic" and even that song is from 2003 (damn I'm old.)
