MK11 was refreshing, I could earn a bunch of cosmetics and customisation items just through play. This is a great way to expand the game, new characters AND story mode? Excellent. I wish more companies would do this sort of thing.

That’s awesome. I never got that line during my playthrough.
I mean they’re kind of right. It’s a very weird thing to write about on Kotaku or a game journalism site. He got two new suits...... ok? These suits weren’t something he just wore at a fighting game tournament.... he didn’t declare the Cyberpunk release date while dressed in them.... there is no real relevant context.
You guys are covering the furry scene?
..Underrated? I don’t think I’ve ever heard of anyone refer to these games as underrated. There are dozens of underrated star wars games but this one is not one of them.

Hello! This week we dunk on Elon Musk, check out a cool LEGO Mario game, watch an android do some flips, ask rich…
That money thing might be the problem. When you have less to work with you have to get more creative.
The problem is with the other people that don't have that same, very basic ethical conclusion.
There are a scary amount of people that defend infidelity as if it’s something everybody does.
Wait wait wait....wait.........wait.....
You’re going to sit there, with a straight face, and tell me that this man who has made a living off “playing” the heel, who was kicked out of E3 and banned from Twitch for streaming inside a public restroom, who cheated on his wife multiple times, and is now spouting herd…
You were correct then, and you are correct now.
I said this guy was garbage previously for his bullshit, and I got walls of text on how I was the bad guy and he wasn’t that bad.
I stand by what I said. This guy is garbage.
If they just outright removed the modern day from future games, I wonder if I would even notice. For the first few ACs, it seemed like they were developing a legitimate, albeit painfully slow, narrative thread, but now they’ve dropped it altogether and it just feels like a mild distraction at best, and an annoying…
Is it really too much to ask for that a developer/publisher that has been making RPGs for nearly THIRTY YEARS be able to deliver both an interesting world and interesting characters?
Let’s even argue that it’s beyond that... medium difference. Is it really worth complaining about? It just seems like such a “get over it” issue to me.
It’s tough to say without playing it, but I would think that taking inspiration from FPS quicktime events might be better than rhythm games for that particular bit of UI.
If you haven’t played or heard of Pistol Whip, I’d say that’s a game that does it right. The visual representation of the beats is very minimal. The level kind of flashes (for lack of a better word) in time with the music, but the idea is that you aren’t supposed to be watching for the beat. Rhythm is something you…
Hopefully they’ll make a few different kinds of beat meters to choose from. The one in that demo video makes it pretty hard to see what rhythm is coming up (imo).
