I find that to be bullshit quite frankly. If you pay any attention to what your reading,  especially if its reddit,  then you've seen those comments. And Facebook is the worst for it.

Honestly I’d refund or sell what you can at this point. Looks like this year is going to be a bust for conferences so far.

Looks like all those microsoft fanboys crying out shaming sony and other companies while stating “Microsoft would never cancel because they care about their fans”, are going to be a whole lot quieter right about now.

They’re better in the sense that they care about the user. Don’t forget the client is now owned by CD Projekt Red, who are famous for their care of their customers. This kind of move is just them doing for their GoG customers what they’ve done often for their Witcher 3 customers.

Fingers crossed. I LOVED Astral Chain, it was phenominal, and I reinstalled Vanquish on PC to play through that. So fingers crossed that with this kind of freedom, they’ll be able to eclipse what they’ve done so far.

That’s fine. But shitting on a feature because it’s not one you would make use of, or care for is a pretty douchy thing to do. Especially when a large amount of people do enjoy and make use of such things.

Thats because it COULDNT be said about the playstation. There's nothing less confusing than PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4 and PS5. Its consistent. If Xbox dropped the weird naming system they used, then it would be hard to say the same thing as well.

Pretty sure most people would rather be killed than be taken over and have no control. Loss of choice and freedoms is essentially death anyway.
