There’s hardly that much lack of polish. I ran into very few issues during my playthrough. And no, it’s getting great praise because it’s a great game, and doesn’t feel rushed at all.

Its really not. I just finished this game earlier today and only ran into a handful of bugs on the PS4 pro.

Because a lot of the time, during the story anyway, If you're tasked with going back to the ship, the journey back to it is changed, including cutscenes, and changes to enemies in a lot of instances. Letting you fast travel back would ruin a lot of this. I believe after you've beaten the game however a fast travel…

Exact same thing for me. I couldn't make that jump and tried numerous times, so I just assumed I was coming back later.

Halo Wars was also quite simplistic. There gets to be a point where if you have to simplify an rts to a certain point just to get it to work on a console, it stops being a proper rts and loses a lot of its charm.

Yes it is. There's a parry system similar to sekiro where once you wittle down the enemies composure meter or whatever you want to call it, you can get some good hits in. Plus the overall mobility is closer to sekiro.
