The Motorola OS on feature phones was amazing for it's time. The Verizon OS that was plunked on every one of it's phones at the time was incredibly awful, and crippled most of the already slow phones to a crawl and removed many features.

Since the vehicles are covered by insurance, they can sometimes call in repair firms to fix the damage and sell at a rate that's a discount for the customer but still profitable for them. Lightly damaged vehicles can also be sold as-is.
