To be fair it has an HPE600 kit on it from Hennesey, which includes the following for $12,495.

I used to have these on my old Tiburon, they were dope. They had the resistor built in to the bulb module, so it was 100% out of box install, no special relay or in line resistor needed at all.

This is still a common method.
