I've always liked Picasa, but it makes sense to change the name of the service. Picasa always sounded like a great name for software, but not for a photo service (especially if Google wanted people to use their photo service).

Give me vanilla android over anything else. These skins should be "Optional". Like LauncherPro or ADW, they should be uninstallable by default (without using Root).

Well there's a reason why Google didn't just open this up as a massive beta service. They said there will be rough edges and that its in "Trial" mode right now. Hopefully they get this fixed soon.

I like using pw protected 7z files for now because it makes it easier to download the files later without having to install software on another computer.

The idea that they charge for this is one thing, but the idea that they charge $20 is crazy.
