My pet peeve is not so much a feature as it is a characteristic: I absolutely hate the tiny assed windows and high belt lines found on most modern cars.

There’s two for me and they both relate to GM.  The first is the vibrating seat in their SUVs.  I turn that shit off as soon as I can.  It’s annoying and unnecessary since they also include flashing lights and audible alerts.  The second is their insistence of using the reversing lights whenever the stationary vehicle

...selling my 12-year-old Honda Fit because the local dealer keeps calling to offer to buy it...

I see these sorts of calls as a gimmick to get someone in the dealership and try to sell them a new vehicle.

1) you might be out of touch.

Can’t say I have ever reversed any of my *manual transmission* cars while “covering the brake”. Pretty sure I am not a sociopath. Well, 95% sure most days. GM made manual transmission cars with this feature.

Reverse: There is a LOT more about that story than most realize.

Didnt realize Kia was getting into NASCAR... huh, learn something new everyday.

That was amazing. The cat’s gonna be under the porch for a week!

Didn’t have enough gum for everybody.  That’s why the drunk guy was cursing in the first place.

So, I had an 18 Golf R for the last year and a half, there’s a kind of anti glare glass on top, never had a problem with it even in bright light at the right angle. I did have to keep a microfiber cloth in the center bin because of all the piano black and fingerprints

Argh, the anime is getting fractured! Too many services to sign up for.

I think they should make it lower, not higher. Take it down to 7-8ft clearance so it is immediately obvious that no truck could ever make it through. Right now it is in sort of an uncanny valley height, people who are bad at judging scale can’t quite parse that it is a few inches too low. Add some new solid structure,

Well, we don’t do oxymorons, and we also don’t do automatics, unless we’ve suddenly become too lazy or handicapped to do so. I’ve been driving a manual for 15 years now in the worst traffic jams, weather, cities, cars etc. I’ve only ever bought 2 “automatic” vehicles of the 15+ cars I’ve owned so far, and one of them

Literally the one thing Sony had to do was not use proprietary memory cards. I have a handful of digital PS1 games that I’d rather play on a handheld than on my PS3, and I still “purchased” a bunch of Vita games through PS+, and I’d love to get a Vita just to play them all, but without a really big—and really

My wife and I are having our first in a couple months. Anytime someone says anything close to “do you think you’re ready”, I tell them that we have a dog, so we have a pretty good idea of what we’re doing. Literally as I was typing this, my uncle just asked me if I was prepared to change diapers. Told him that we’re

We went to a class for our first one, and they went around the room asking each couple about their birth plan. Most of them were “We’re going to try to go natural” with a few “We’re using a midwife in home and going natural”.
