Fun fact: my current landlord put one of those notices on a neighbors car (90's Cadillac) becabuse his front tire has been flat for awhile. The fix? Put a few blocks of wood under the control arm to make it look like the tire is full!!! Works like a charm and they haven’t gotten another notice since!
