I saw those rims and the general hatch shape and the Forte5 was the first thing that came to mind.

No, that isn’t the reason. I have just had a crush on the C30 since it was released. It was just hard to find a 2013 C30 within 3-4 hours of where I live. They sold <500 2013s in Canada. I wanted an R-Design, but I didn’t have the means to be picky.

My goal for testing the Koup SX was because I wanted to gauge the feel of the engine, since the nearest ideally-optioned Forte5 SX was a couple hours away.

It’ll be coming. The previous gen Koup (ugh) and hatch had the 1.6T with the SX, so I imagine this will too, especially since the Koup is OoP.
