It would have been "out there" a year ago. But they hit 1 million sales last January — meaning they had at least few million dollars in revenue. One would think they'd hire at least one customer service rep.

+1 for Sophos. Even if you're tech savvy, no reason not to throw it on there. It sits in the menu bar, doesn't take a lot of resources, and offers up a small bit of peace of mind, just in case.

In theory they're running zendesk, but more than two weeks on and I haven't received confirmation that I filed a ticket, or even that I made a purchase — even though they took my money.
