It’s not a moot point, it’s indicative of potential leadership in the future. Hillary took a “moderate” stance on immigration in the mid-1990s (still calling for a path to citizenship but with stricter border control), and “evolved” on immigration by 2000. That’s 16 years ago. And even in the moments people criticize

I wanted Hillary to cite the oft used quote “don’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good”, because I feel like Bernie Sanders sometimes gets in the way of progress in the name of ideology.

I understand exactly what was at stake with the guest worker issues. Sanders AND Clinton passed an amendment to try to fix it:

I hope Sanders and Clinton refuse to engage in any bullshit about abortion. I hope either candidate cares enough to say, “A woman’s right to obtain an abortion was decided after a hard-fought struggle in 1973 Roe vs. Wade. I support women’s rights and that’s all there is to it. Next question.”

FYI - Nowhere near your 80-90% figure.

I don’t support any restrictions on abortion at all, and I don’t think that’s very weird.

roughly 80-90% of women support banning any third trimester abortion according to all the polls I just read

source?

I voted for the cantankerous elderly lady because the cantankerous elderly gentleman seems like kind of a doofus but they’re both cool.

Which is funny, because the Scandinavian countries that Sanders points to as ideals (and the EU in general) have exactly these kinds of subsidizing banks. There is a case for the bank, too. It’s not a black and white issue.

What’s extreme about letting doctors and patients decide what should be acceptable instead of the government imposing arbitrary time points beyond which no abortion could be performed?

No, dude. I’m sorry. I outright reject your second paragraph. The position we are in RIGHT NOW is because all Obama has been ABLE to do for years now is keep the Republicans from doing anything awful. The result of that is widespread anger, rebellion — this is what is driving the Trump campaign. People who believe

I wish just one time she would turn to him and say 'So what you are saying, Bernie, is that everyone but you is a corrupt tool of Wall Street?"

This is exactly my issue. I love Bernie. I love his vision. I wish we had more of him in the senate, but when there are two candidates for an executive position who substantially share my worldview, where one is a pragmatist and the other an idealist, I’m going to go with the pragmatist.

Reasons to look forward to a Clinton vs. Trump race: Sarcastic Hillary is AMAZING HILLARY.

This election is making me anxious as hell.

Why do this? I don’t get it.

You really need to stop using the word “deserves.” It’s beyond gross in this context.

Yes. Adopting children isn’t a means to build a family. No! It’s a trial, where you prove yourself worthy of what you really want: BIO CHILDREN. Like when Belle fell in love with a hideous beast and was rewarded with a handsome prince to love instead!

I don’t think she’s selfish, but I do question the wisdom of doing transplants that are not medically necessary. After a transplant, you typically can’t go to the mall, the movie theater, or anywhere else there might be a bunch of people for a few months because the risk of infection (due to the use of anti-rejection
