And we all have the right to point out that the policy in question is laid more at Sanders’ feet as Hillary Clinton’s, because she wasn’t a damn politician at the time and didn’t, couldn’t, had no way to, vote for it. But he did have a way. And he did vote for it.

A PAC is not a “charity.” It is the lifeblood of a candidate. Does Sanders vet every single donation to make sure it comes from a nice place with ponies giving free rides to kittens? No he does not. He just asks for money to be thrown at him just like any politician.

All candidates take money from their PACs. They would be foolish, hopelessly so, to not. What they can’t do is control where that PAC gets its money. That is not legal.

Hillary is not allowed to control who contributes to the PAC. No one is. It is against the law. “She” does not accept funds from those donors. She absolutely cannot legally stop a PAC from accepting them.
