Yeah, I hear that a lot, but the timeline doesn’t work. Soul Calibur and Tekken were primarily home console games, and kept on trucking after the arcades died out. A bunch of other arcade-y genres also kept going.

Maybe it’s not just that you think you wouldn’t get away with it...but that you’re actually a decent human being who knows that you wouldn’t treat people that way? I hope?

We’re on the same page. Over 25 years with the same company, most of that time I was single. In all the years I’ve dated exactly one woman who works at the place and I met her at a private function totally unrelated to work. It wasn’t until our first date that we realized we work for the same company.

Same rule, same problem, but I won’t be changing it. It is such a bad idea to get involved with a co-worker for many, many reasons.
