I think you’re very accurate about this. Toward the end of my time there, we could play consoles for 30 minutes straight no problem without someone walking in. Sometimes it would be hours. Often it would just be someone ditching their child to play demo consoles while they shipped elsewhere.

I worked for their subsidiary eb games when I was in college. They had absolutely no idea what they’re doing, it was one of the worst run companies I’ve ever seen. Their marketing was awful, they scared away all their regulars by pivoting into toys for no discernible reason, and the regional manager was one of the

I give up on America. I can’t believe the race is this close. Nearly a quarter million dead, economy in the dumper, laughing stock of the world, and half of you still vote to continue on the spiral down.

Dip your little mitts in my chili

Just please change that godawful title sequence. It looks like it was made with powerpoint

I don't think Kanye, an actual billionaire, is motivated by trump's money. I don't even think he cares much about the tax cuts for the rich that seem to drive most of the other celebrity endorsements. I think the rejection from Obama and the narcissistic energy of Donnie inform Kanye's opinion.

Bronson is a tour de force!

Truly a “many sides of” Bowie would be a much better way to go.

“...then again, the musician-approved likes of Rocketman and Bohemian Rhapsody didn’t exactly due their inspirations proud”

Yeah... I think I’ve been pretty clear now that I don’t think it’s cool at all, but I can certainly see why you’d try to frame someone disagreeing with you as racist, it’s much easier than accepting that people should be allowed to choose their own members for their clubs.

I think I've already explained that I'm not "cool" with it, but private clubs shouldn't be forced to accept members they don't want

No, I don’t think they’re ok at all. I think any club that would do that is gross, cruel, and stupid. I think they’re far from perfect, and severely flawed. I certainly wouldn’t join. But if a private club wants to exclude people from becoming members, I don’t think they should be forced otherwise.

I’m not defending so much as clarifying their actual point, which I felt was glossed over. But no, I don’t really care who a private club allows to join their private club. They’re not providing any sort of public service and so they can accept or exclude whoever they want. If you want a value judgement on them I’ve

I think you’re misrepresenting that second example. Their point was that a private club, like the boy scouts, shouldn’t be forced to admit anyone they don’t want to, not that businesses (like certain bakeries, for example) should be able to discriminate. That’s an important distinction. The boy scouts and

I don’t disagree. Not terribly necessary to embellish anything about Donnie to make fun of him

Donnie’s cult hates the LGBT community, so making the character that shares his face flamboyant is likely a jab at them.

The fourth one was pretty awful, never saw the third.

I had a huge crush on her as a kid. Interesting to read her perspective on the Craft's treatment of her character and race.
