They are regular production toys, the great thing is that the tires, suspension, chassis and bodies are removable & swappable.

I managed to find some slot car tires online that might be able to do the job, though not a cheap route. Too bad this is such a niche hobby and there aren't much options out there. I'm planning to try detailing rubber hose by putting them on a drill/dremel. Hope it works!

I also have amassed quite a large collection over the past 2 or 3 years. The lack of details in most of them really shouts for the artist inside me to come out. I haven't really done up any cars quite yet, but I have about 300 cars sitting at home…
