Moving your iTunes library isn't that simple, unless you're just talking about moving the one library xml file itself. I think people need to consider the whole reason they want to move their user folders. For most, it's an endpoint idea based on the limitations of previous versions of Windows. If all you want to really do is relocate data to a different hard drive or partition, the Windows 7 Libraries feature is the way to go.
