I don’t know if it’s the funk, the two-tone, or a bunch of other things... this pushes all the right buttons for me.

The difference here though, is that they took inspirations and made an original film. They weren’t borrowing heavily from itself (they can’t), which is what TFA has done a lot of. Originals vs a sequel.
The chime for leaving the door open while not parked is remarkably not annoying. Which is a bad thing in this situation.
A lot of people say that if you like the first one, you’ll like Catalyst.
I think they’re talking about Steampunk in a more generalized sense (doesn’t matter if the definition is right or wrong in this context). Stuff like Bioshock and Dishonored.
I’d love to live in quite a few of the spaces in Glass. Especially The View.
Well no, OS X as a moniker has been used for the past decade. It’s more like OS X XII/whatever at this point. With iOS, tvOS, and watchOS they might as well name it macOS to keep it consistent.
I think the 911 looks nice (I like technic) but the build is mainly focused on an inefficient and clunky transmission. Probably not worth the ~$300. The Beetle looks wayyy better in that regard.
Apple has always been more of a carefully curated garden, while Android has always been a playground. What you like best, you choose. I prefer a well designed UI that I don’t have to mess around with, so I’d choose Apple in my case.
Most email services do that already. Google and Microsoft especially.
A lot of people here love to smacktalk the talk but it’s supposed to be kinda childish and a little ridiculous, with a few memes sprinkled in the mix. It’s the Internet after all.
A lot of people baselessly do because of association with Gawker.
No offense, but can’t you just... kinda... ignore it all? I mean unless it’s unavoidable, in which case, yeah it’s tiring. I do that myself and I find myself enjoying gaming that much more.
Also, Reddit. I’ve seen a few small subs get worse as they get bigger. It happens.
Design in general uses personas everywhere.
I recommend you read, or rather stare at, BLAME!.
The fact that Avatar 2-5 is filming at the same time has me wondering if it’s actually Avatar 2/3/4/5, instead of something like Avatar 2 V1/v2/v3/v4. They could all be the sequel to the first one telling different stories. Buuuttt that’s just far-out conjecture.
+5 points if it’s related to a game’s publisher
I don’t know... the design of this Godzilla just doesn’t strike a chord with me unlike the American one we just got. The size and glowing back is pretty awesome but it looks so... stiff. It doesn’t feel animated and alive.
I go midway and use emoticons instead.
