JescoWhite is right, you should check that your fans on your GPU are actually spinning. GPU-Z and MSI Afterburner should both be able to give you not only the GPU and VRM temps, but the fan RPMs as well. Your fans not spinning will def cause crashes.

you could have a heat issue. The pump on my AIO connected to my 1080Ti stopped working. After about 10 to 15 min the heat would cause all the fans to ramp up hard then it would crash. Make sure the temperature in your case and your components aren’t getting too high. Use CPU-Z and GPU-Z to see.

I don’t think he said they wanted it. I think he said he put them in a position where they couldn’t say no without fear, which seems accurate. Mind you, I’m talking about the apology itself. Nothing he could say makes this any better. But he didn’t make it worse which most apologies do.
