use the chaingun, and dash back when you doom the titan to reload and aim up. It's still hard, but before i started doing that i kept losing goosers because of the reload. Dashing back makes it easier to track them in the air.

that's a pretty terrible strategy for titanfall, that's probably why you're not doing well in it. That will get you killed pretty quickly by anyone who isn't brand new to the game. What loadout are you attempting that with? You need to switch it up!
