Not at all. This trend is overused and overplayed, and it does not mesh well with every trailer. Trailers need more cinematic music, or at least music that reflects the mood of the situation. You can't just plop in a drop and call it a day.

In the same boat as me. The point I am making is that it's just another music genre, and people are always so polarized on it, they feel like they have to blurt out their position on it like it's some kinda badge of honor to like or hate it.
