WCA is good old fashioned superhero comics. Plus Hawkeye finally gets his due!

The sheer amount of shit that Peter Parker has had to wade through would break a lesser man. He's paid his dues ten times over by this point. It makes no sense whatsoever that he's still slinging webs. Should have retired a long time ago, moved west with MJ, and started a family.
I liked his She-Hulk run. I thought it was funny, clever, played with Marvel continuity and toys really well, and had a little heart.
Any Excalibur issues with Alan Davis involved are pretty sweet. I will go out on a limb and make the claim that the issues he actually wrote and drew are in fact superior to the ones that Claremont wrote for him to draw, too.
It's true, Spidey and the Devil are like this. [holds up crossed fingers]
Basically every scene with Bilbo remains pure gold, but the title of the book and the film notwithstanding, there are about 5 Bilbo scenes in that entire bloated three hour mess.
I forgot Freejack!
Daredevil is the only movie that I've been shushed during. I just couldn't stop giving the film crap until I realized I was annoying people around me. I felt bad after that. Poor saps, they were actually enjoying that thing, and I went and ruined it for them.

Crazy Steranko, on the other hand…
That seems like something DC would do, not Marvel. It makes a lot of sense, and there's no way that even Ultimate Nick could be a worse human being than they turned 616 Nick into, despite the fact that Ultimate Nick was more than a little bit of an asshole.
I read some issues of Nightwing over the weekend. I'm not too keen on the "girlfriend" in peril stuff, but I do like the Dick/Damien relationship. So. Kind of a mixed bag.
Yeah, I guess. But I think it would be a bigger struggle to explain why Fury's cloned body looks like Sam Jackson. It just feels like they're avoiding a conversation and getting on with the story - which is the way Modern Marvel does things, I think.
Shaving accident.
Nick Fury vs. S.H.I.E.L.D. was pretty boss.
I think it's more knock-off MCU than Ultimate line at this point. One fed the other, of course, but that which was begotten is more important financially than what begot it.
Eh.
Yeah, they look pretty gorgeous.
"Auric Goodfellow"? Methinks Robinson just watched a shit-ton of James Bond movies as "research" for this.
Marvel Ad Guy shows signs of improvement. Still, one of those pages is a recap page, totally dead space in a preview. Tighten that shit up, Marvel Ad Guy.
