I’m a big Fallout fan too, but I’m weirdly not super obsessed with these leaks and rumors like I was before the game was officially announced. I guess I feel like I’ll have the game soon enough the way it is. I can understand the excitement, though!

Ok that’s what I thought. Sounds interesting enough, though it’s funny so many people are freaking out about those little things. I guess the fallout fandom needs something to freak about until November, haha.
remember when the third splinter cell footage leaked? Now that’s chaos theory.
Does anything actually happen in the footage? I watched 10 seconds and decided it wasn’t worth it because I couldn’t tell what was happening. What does the footage show?
Leaks ... uh ... find a way.
Leaks will find a way.
The XB1 is unique in that it’s the only console that is doing this kind of computing (yes, I realize it’s not the console itself doing the computing). Yes, anyone can do it. But Microsoft said they would do it, and then they did.
Dont need a book to figure out that its because they are morons.
I’m curious if this will apply to Rise of the Tomb Raider. I don’t know if it exactly qualifies as a first-party title even though it’s being published by Microsoft Studios on the XB1. Be nice if it is, because I was going to wait for the PC version otherwise even though I already have an XB1.
My bad bro. I would honestly be happy when Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo can all be played on PC (or just one console) and everybody can play any game with anybody else online without having to buy 3 damn consoles. This would be a lovely day.
This is something I was worried about too. If Steam and Microsoft joined forces, it wouldn’t matter and their shared marketplace would be huge. This will probably never happen but one can dream.
Still, I expect it to only really be for microsoft published games, particularly because MS has more to gain from such a feature than someone like EA, who would rather sell multiple copies.
The Xbox app in windows 10 has a “games” tab that loads up all of your games on your pc and lets you launch it through the app. This also is how the overlay gets integrated in to PC games that allows you to do the “record that” funtionality. My guess is that the Xbox app will be similar to Steam. If you buy a game on…
That would be great and I hope they implement this. The biggest problem that I have with the Xbox is that they changed their policy that you can’t buy a digital license for a game any longer from a store like (I believe) you can with the Playstation games. So a retail store might have a physical copy of the game…
Doubt it, i expect cross buy will only be for microsoft published games, also they don’t mention PC -> Xbone, they mention Xbone -> PC games.
My guess is no, as cross buy will probably be the Win10 App Store and the Xbox App Store. They want to move people away from steam and take the money for themselves, so giving gamers steam codes would kind of defeat the purpose
Im guessing that is going to be up to the publishers. If MS tries to dictate that third parties have to have cross buy....i would expect a lot of pissed off third parties.
Yea, I’m hoping some publishers will allow this feature on third party services such as Steam. I’m excited for Cities Skylines coming to Xbox, but I want all of those mods and my saved cities.
