That's easy to explain actually. The loosing of the bowels mostly occurs to people who hadn't gone to the bathroom already. Reality probably had plenty of time to go before heading to the scaffold. The people of South Park aren't barbarians after all.

So decapitation by hanging would have been too hideous or too much of a pain to clean up? Tough to tell with South Park.

Well they could have also screwed up the other way by tying too much weight on him and accidentally decapitating him.

I'm disappointed in the people of South Park. A proper hanging should have broken Reality's neck, not choke him to death. That's amateur hour.

Aside from the lovable grandpa, Munsters was forgettable. Addams Family was strong all around.

It could have used a bit more background music here or there but otherwise that was the best Simpson's episode in years. Even the ending bumper with Maggie was awesome.

I always wondered how some no name brands get multiple good reviews every day even when the product hasn't been on the market for longer than a year.
