The bottom bracket placement is odd. Because it's affixed to the underside of what's normally the downtube, not integrated directly into it for pure power transfer, I'd imagine riding this bike would make the bottom bracket area dance around quite a bit.

I moved here as a smoker 3 years ago. Quit within one year. Couldn't afford it.
