It’s a bad movie. I am legitimately surprised that people are saying otherwise. The movie bookends with recognizable Sonic iconography, so people leave with that on the brain. I don’t know if logic in I script matters to you or not, but it’s got no home in the Sonic movie.

I genuinely wonder. There’s a certain sincerity in that he’s not pandering to the left at all, which gives him credibility against the default Faux News attacks of Democrats being socialists/communist/etc. If the milquetoast vote turns out in numbers that the progressive/liberal vote doesn’t, it may very well make him

I beat this game, literally yesterday, and I’m not sure I actually had fun... I liked the two late game lightsaber battles (minus the the ridiculous force drain move the last boss had) but I spent most of the game just feeling lost and getting killed by annoying animals.

This game was a huge disappointment to me. Lightsaber mods you can barely notice, spending 30 minutes to get to a previously unreachable area only to be rewarded with a poncho, and exploring ancient ruins were all door knobs are two ton brass balls.

I know I speak for the entire AV Club when I say we are all SO sorry that you had to find out this way, seeing how close you were. Condolences.

This needs to sell VERY well, so hopefully we can get 3&4. If that sells really well, then you can have THUG or American Wasteland or whatever.

...a 20 year old mediocre licensed racing game that’s also being released on other platforms is what’s luring you to finally spend $200-300 on what’s probably the best Nintendo console since the SNES? I really can’t tell if that’s sarcasm...

I couldn’t agree more. Over the last few years, I’ve really enjoyed the stories that came from the Kotaku journalist. Now, there is almost nobody recognizable on here. Whoever is running their parent company straight up sucks. There is far too much turnover to keep the site consistent.

Nice. If we have to deal with hyper-jingoistic garbage like Call of Duty every year, we can surely have a few outright leftist titles here and there.

Or Square could just redesign Genesis’ appearance like so many Yakuza VAs on the hook for drug use.

Kotaku covered a fursuit reveal

I mean they’re kind of right. It’s a very weird thing to write about on Kotaku or a game journalism site. He got two new suits...... ok? These suits weren’t something he just wore at a fighting game tournament.... he didn’t declare the Cyberpunk release date while dressed in them.... there is no real relevant context.

You guys are covering the furry scene?

I see this. Once you submit, you’re at the mercy of the platform.

I get it when people say they don’t like it, or that it’s not what they wanted. Like, leading up to this point, people really thought they were getting something they had been hoping for for like, 15 years. And it turns out to be something other than that. It’s 15 years of expectations. Even if they just did the thing

Yeah weird, it is almost like the Remake isn't a 1:1 copy of the original game and everyone has already known that for months now or something.

It’s a game for people that really love fetch quests, but wish they could just be the same quests repeated over and over.

I scratched my itch in the first 2 weeks of playing it, and now I only pop in once a week, maybe. The game is a bonsai tree - check in on it every once in a while, groom as much as you feel the need to, and move on to another thing. It’s not attempting to accomplish the same blockbuster, attention-grabbing

at least if you wanna run with my team

all crazy taxi had was like 2 offspring tracks lol that shit sucked
