That’s fair but it seems like all of the best contributors are leaving one by one as the site continues to change. I just hope it doesn’t make more drastic changes in content-style.

Yeah. I’ll never not use adblock.

Yeah. A lot of the best contributors have left and then there are a bunch of little signs that indicate the quality of this site will continue to go down. I find myself coming here less and less which is a shame because I love Kotaku.

Noticing a patterns of slideshows on these sites now. Not a fan of it. Feels like a G/O Media thing and it just feels like a sign of things to come. Unfortunate. Thanks for writing this though. I’m assuming it wasn’t your decision to make this a slideshow post.

this is a list of strictly action movies.

I caved and downloaded it, but I’ve ordered a physical copy from Walmart about 5 minutes ago for retail price. Maybe I’ll get an email saying “oops, we don’t have this.” But I’m hoping it works out.

They hire so many writers at the same time too. Lots of cool ideas. But they never find a way to truly incorporate them in interesting and coherent ways that make you care (or even know) about what’s going on.

I followed CNN pretty closely in the lead up to the 2016 presidential election back when she used to work there. She was insufferable. Her spin was always extraordinary. I’m shocked it took this long for her to be chosen as the press secretary.

Not quite the same due to graphic quality constraints but one of my favorite settings in games was the Museum of Natural History in Parasite Eve.

    Yes this ruled.

The Hunters just looked more beefed up/stockier. And the Gamma Hunters looks way different and WAY bigger.

The Gammas were new, but I agree with your point.

Spot on. I figured this would be the case but was still hopeful Capcom would prove me wrong. Then I tried the beta and while I didn’t hate it, it’s just super clunky and 2 matches was enough for me. I have the game now, but I doubt I’ll play Resistance unless I team up with a fried or two.

Currently installing Resident Evil 3. With everything going on, I’m shocked I got it delivered on time. Totally would’ve been fine with a delayed shipment.

Nah. I wasn’t referring to the last boss. I meant “the ending” as in the last scene of the game. That was really pleasant and stood out to me. Wrapped up the series nicely, I thought.

I prefer the “big” moments in Uncharted 4. Like the ending, for example. But I definitely had more fun playing Lost Legacy.

Some valid points but I still think 15 hours for RE 3 is kind of a long time and I don’t think this game will be drastically shorter than the original. A somewhat rushed play-through WITH cutscenes is about 3 hours. An average of 7-8 hours sounds about right to me (with 6 hours being very possible if you’re not

It isn’t. The usual playtime of the original RE3 is between 6 and 8 hours. Of 187 PS1 players polled, the average playtime of the original was seven hours. It just took you a long time (which is not a knock at all) but also keep in my Heather has to kinda push through in order to get the review out.

OG RE3 took 6-8 hours to beat
