If I recall correctly, Spielberg couldn’t direct because he was a member of the union (DGA) and Lucas wasn’t. He had quit over disagreements regarding the union rule mandating that the director’s credit must precede the opening title.

YES! Honestly my only nitpick among all of the CGI is Thanos’s pot handle. It just didn’t look like it had an appropriate weight. That won’t lose the effects team any awards. Amazing work through and through.
It’s only a few short steps above the people who were complaining that Captain Marvel should have been a man who became Shazam.
I took the dab as someone trying too hard to be cool.
You’re not the first person I’ve seen refer to XII as being MMO-like. I loved FFXI. Would I like XII?
Thought I wanted it, but I guess I was wrong.
I’ve watched the first two seasons of Twin Peaks many times, but I’ve only watched The Return once, during its initial airing (minutes the absolutely amazing finale). That’s by design. I wanted to let it steep in my memory for a while. Now that it’s been a couple of years, I think it’s time to do a full re-watch…
The first time I watched Mulholland Drive, I told a friend that it changed my life. I couldn’t say why, but it just did. That movie brought out every emotion within me at times when someone else may very well not feel anything at all. Love it.
For The Walking Dead, read a summary of all you missed up until this most recent season and then give it a watch. It won’t be too much of an investment. It’ll remind you of why you liked the show in the first place.
I said before the season that there was zero chance that fans wouldn’t shit on this season. What has surprised me is the sudden shitting on previous seasons. I never heard any big complaints about previous seasons, but now season 4 was somehow when the show got bad.
Do yourself a favor... read a summary up to the most recent season of The Walking Dead and then re-start there. It feels fresh and actually good.
I think we need to get Marcia Lucas and Lawrence Kasdan a new trilogy of their own.
“Guns in Florida classrooms are nothing new. Last year... “
I would say that most of the complainers watched on tablets, monitors and (ugh) phones.
I watched the movie and the scene didn’t even register to me beyond just being a cool moment.
That son of a bitch!
Un-pardonable state charges can't come soon enough.
I bet your mouth is so dry. Try breathing through your nose.
So you want the tragic undervaluing of Kofi to be the status quo?
There’s a time and place for that very relevant argument, but it’s not now or here. WWE are holding on to these talents because it’s been mutually agreed upon - a core concept of any contract.
