I agree with you on the characters — I found it hard to care about them even a couple of hours into the game. On the flip side, I also didn’t really enjoy the combat style, so it didn’t hold my attention for very long.

Is surging based on % of available drivers busy compared to requests or based on a flat # of requests? I would assume fewer drivers will be out so possible that there will be more surges?
