I’ve actually done some work for a client on a game that had actual licenses for music. On average they were 20k-25k up front. Then a specified % of every game sold. These were mostly hip-hop and and R&B songs.

Totally disagree. To me the first two season Hopper was always the hero and the good guy. To me this made him human, felt like he reached his limits with everything he’s had to deal with and in some cases wasn’t sure how to handle them. In others he could have handled it way better.
