Yes, I do remember Yardley makeup. I used to have this really cool container of eye shadow that had 3 swing out containers-wish I still had it. I was also a big fan of flavored lipstick-eggnog and grape were my favorite. There is no way I would tolerate those flavors and colors today. I can’t recall who manufactured…

When I was in high school during the mid to late 60s, white lipstick was quite fashionable for those of us who liked the British mod style. My mom just hated it when I wore it.

l love the name “Cherries in the Snow,” but it sounds like it was inspired by white women. The cherry is the color of the lipstick but the “snow” seems to refer to the effect of the color on a white face. Still, I’m sure it looked great on your grandma.

I think Ivanka might be lying about “that fart infused raw meat’s” (love your perfect description of him) exhibition of “love and tenderness” shown during their marriage. Well, perhaps he did this a few times but my guess is not much.
