There are Conservative politicians who are visibly and explicitly supporting these people - Pierre Polivier, who is using it as a way to attempt to weasel into Conservative leadership has outright stated support. The attempts to break it up have been incredibly half-assed.

My point is, there isn’t any generation of people that has not failed to vote when they were that age, and then voted more as they aged out of it. Not that it’s necessarily correct, but you just described a systemic problem.

I’m not saying there is a systemic problem that might be solved by young people not voting, I am saying there may be a systemic problem that prevents every generation from voting when they are 18-29, and maybe fix that instead of constantly complaining. 

If it’s such a consistent problem, maybe instead of whining about how young people aren’t giving your preferred candidates votes to which they are not entitled, maybe we ought to take seriously that there’s maybe a systemic problem and address that.
