This is exactly what I LIKE about this show - we have people running around being superheroes left and right. I like a show that basically gives a Bronx cheer to that and does something different.

Kanye is over. There is no coming back from what he’s said recently. He’s not going to record some apology video in awhile and be able to dig his way out - he’s never recovering from that. Nor should he.

How can those books be adapted without the... Let’s say “criticism” of organized religion? I mean... Half the catalyst for the events is that.

I keep meaning to get started watching this show. I absolutely love the books - does it follow them at all closely?

I mean, that is the thing... I was not excited about Titanic and liked it. I was not excited about the Abyss and liked it. I didn’t get at all excited about Avatar until something like 2 or 3 days before it’s release. But I don’t know... I would like him to do something new I guess. 

Just wondering - is anyone out there THAT excited for Avatar 2? I’ve been wanting to get hyped for it but I can’t even force myself to get to that point...

Actually if you watch the Toxic Crusader cartoon that ran in the 90's... Toxie is still fun even without massive amounts of gore.

No. Troma has to remain independent! But yeah, it’d be fun to see Toxie show up n a MCU movie. Won’t happen but it’d be fun.

Desantis is still wrong, regardless of whether Disney does business in other countries. Reps are still a bigoted organization regardless of what tap dance you may want to perform.

Iger came out immediately and forcefully against Desantis “Don’t say Gay” bill... It strikes me that, at the least, this is a shot across the bow of Desantis and might indicate Disney is getting ready to do battle with a possible Rep Nominee...

Musk is not nearly as smart as his PR campaign wants people to think. He was born into money and simply glommed onto several companies after they had created products. Scenario - someone takes exception with a tweet by you. They hack in and find your location from when you made the tweet and dox you to extremists that will then put you in physical danger.

Stay off twitter. This is not a political statement out of me, this is a warning to anyone that uses it.

Actually some 5th tier animation studio did one a few years ago didn’t they? I seem to remember people reacting quite well to it, surprisingly.

Every few years it seems someone wants to make a movie or TV show or something based on Little Nemo... it never actually works. I am not sure why but someday they’ll unlock the trick to doing a good one.

I assume Yellowstone is one of those shows only older people watch, like Blue Bloods or NCIS. I’ve never seen it and I am unsure if anyone I know has ever seen it. For that matter the only time I actually hear about it is in sarcastic remarks by the Cinema Snob on youtube...
