That's the best thing about the show in my opinion… it's a show that doesn't worry about story arcs or consistency or (sometimes) even about basic logic. It's really an excuse to have a few people in a room yelling at one another.

My memory of the first season is rather fresh - and in that season, Darryl wasn't really shy about making some pretty racist remarks…

Darryl is that way now… But in season one, he and his brother were pretty much defined by it. It's almost as if a focus group committee behind the scenes said "We like this racist character and want to promote him as mainstream… but let's tone it down so that he slides into the popular vernacular more smoothly."

That is disturbing. What is really disturbing is that there are pockets of people like this throughout the country. I'm a pretty big fan of Zombie movies and have been since I sneaked into the original "Dawn of the Dead" as a child… But I realize that they are "Movies" and not reality. I have to wonder if, perhaps,

You know… talking about "The Walking Dead"… Has anyone sort of started to get kinda weirded out by the character of Darryl? I mean, the character was introduced as a really racist person in season one and has not really changed in that but is now being presented as a sympathetic hero…

Is it just me… or is anyone else starting to get skeeved out that this show has a character that is really racist being portrayed as a sympathetic hero?

Doesn't Stephen Fry also host a game show in the UK?

"presented by literally a sentient gaping asshole" - Just like in here!

Apparently then it is just in the US that has created the "Point at random boxes" game show… Is "Jeopardy" still on the air at least?

So, I assume that game shows that reward actual intelligence are now dead? Because so far, between this and "Deal or No Deal", it seems that game shows are now about pointing to random boxes and hoping for the best….

Wow… you know what? The reviews of "Millenium" passed the same way as my knowledge of thew show when it was on the air - I glanced through a few and only now (Long after the last one was written) realized they had went away…
